I wouldn't be surprised if it is something like the WiFi antenna becoming unplugged in transit as I would have thought this is something that is tested after manufacture? These kind of DOA fault…2 -

You can turn on DAX IQ streams from Maestro by clicking on the "< Display" menu, and selecting DAX IQ. This took me a while to find.2
